Mulvane School District (USD 263)

Mulvane is located just 10 miles south of Wichita and is easily accessed by K-15, Rock Road or the Kansas Turnpike. Mulvane has the best of both worlds-small community living with big city convenience. Mulvane School District employs 333 people to serve its population of approximately 9,354. There are currently 1,781 children in our four district schools-PreK-2nd (student population approx. 478), 3rd-5th (student population approx. 396), 6th-8th (student population approx. 401), and 9th-12th (student population approx. 523). USD 263 has enjoyed moderate controlled growth for the past several years and that trend is expected to continue.
