Eligibility

• Participants must be legal residents of the United States.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification.
• Name, phone number, and email address provided must be valid and verifiable.

How to Enter

1. Scan the QR code displayed at the Parade of Homes booth or visit Parade of Homes Website.
2. Complete the entry form with your full name, phone number, and email address.
3. Submit your form to be entered into the drawing.

Entry Verification

• To ensure fairness, all information provided must be current and valid.
• If the winner’s contact information cannot be confirmed, the entry will be deemed void, and a new winner will be selected.

Drawing and Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the event concludes.
• The winner will be contacted directly via the phone number or email provided to verify their information.
• If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
• Winner announcements will be made on Facebook, WABAhomes.com, and NewHomesWichita.com.

Prize Details

• Prize: $500 gift card.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted unless the advertised prize becomes unavailable. In such cases, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.
• The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes. A W-9 form may be required, and a 1099 form will be issued if necessary.

Prize Pickup

• The winner must provide valid photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport) to claim the prize.
• If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, they may designate a representative to pick it up by providing prior written authorization and a copy of their ID. The representative must also present valid identification.
• All tax-related documents must be completed and returned before the prize can be collected.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding.
• Attempts to tamper with the entry process or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
• The winner agrees to allow their name and image to be used in promotional materials without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Participants release the organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the drawing or the use of the prize.
